This is $171 less than what he saw in the Fitch sample we provided. He needs to complete it so we can submit application and make sure they get accepted before we do another trip. No reason to do PTP if they are not accepted intot he parade. . . 11/15/10: > Rick called WAH, needs ball park price for tonight's Booster Mtg. > Still has not completed Application, so we don't even know if they can be in the parade - WTF? > BJS said he'd do up some dummy pricing and gfet to WAH with an IOG so he can get to Rick for the meeting. 11/15/10: > BJS sent specs to BMG. > BJS nd HSM created IOG, then BJS made attachments as able and ran some rates with hotel guestimates, etc. > BJS sent IOG to WAH and range of rates - > OK, based on 81 - 90 Pax, with 5 Comps and the IOG I sent this afternoon, I am estimating between $299 and $329 Quad. > This includes Charms and CAV - take them out and save $10 - 11 pp. > Hotel will actually determine - but with such short notice, I do not have hotel confirmed for tonight's meeting. > Transportation is not included and will probably run between $3500 - $4200 / coach. > Replace the Dinner theatre Saturday evening with a Hard Rock style dinner followed by a DC Twilight Monument Tour and save about $10 - $12 per person. > Just some options. . . 11/17/10: > BJS completed PTP since Doubletree Sterloing has offered $89 rate and $17 Box Lunch. > BJS updated attachments and IOG as needed. > BJS ran rates and then fowarded everything to WAH. > Told WAH no Charter Quotes until we have his Parade Applcation band and approval of the IOG / PTP, etc. > He will share with Rick today in one way or another. 11/30/10: > WAH made revised IOG based on Rick's requests. Needs for tomorrow (an emergency again on his part - eventhough he has had everything for more than a month.) > Made no changes to attach,ments or Bible screen, just did up revised IOG and rates. > WAH sent out CQRs for revised charter rates. 12/1/10: > CSE - Sold out > Anderson - Sold Out. > Got rate from Lakefront Lines, so BJS did up PPBCC and emailed to WAH sop he can share with Rick in tome for today's emergency. 12/2/10: > Rec'd rates from Myers, so BJS sent PPBCC to WAH and toild him we need group's decision ASAP otherwise coaches may no longer be available. 12/15/10: > Per WAH - using someone else - Choice Music Tours.
