The '97 trip had just 2 comps - '01 has three; show allowance was $40 in '97 - '01 = $60, etc. Not so bad for 4 years later! > BJS & MWL completed revised IOG and attachments as needed, then compiled PTP. > MWL, please process this afternoon & make one additional copy of most pertinent info for the 2nd Director (Christy). Her father is dying and she had to go to Lynchburg. > Christy seemded quite pleased. > Charter Choice = Newton. FM, please secure coaches as requested. > DSC to follow-up first of week for any possible changes or go to Contract. 12/8 FM ____ 12/8 MWL FYI 12/18/00: > Per DSC msg from Client. . . > Delete Rose Space Center and replace with Radio City Music Hall Tour > BJS revised IOG and attachment. > Per person rates did not change, due to deletion of cameras as requested previuously. > BJS completed Revision 1 and faxed to client with detailed example of how to figure total cost. > BJS kept original of Revision for inclusion in CN (once requested). Then, on 12/19 . . . > DSC received call from Client and they could not find the fax. > Need to keep cost below $400 inclusive. > Deleted Wednesday departure and elected for 5AM on Thursday. > BJS called the hotel and requested a revised Contract to be faxed (one less night). > BJS revised Bible and IOG. > FM secured revised rates form Newton. > BJS prepared PTP Revision 2 and then faxed & mailed to Client and faxed to DSC. > They have deleted the Choir Sing at St. John (can you believe it!), as well as the MET Museum of Art, & Sony Wonder Tech. Added 3-hour Step-On Guided Tour. > BJS did not make changes on attachments. MWL will need to do this once they ask for a contract. Too much indecision at this time to keep changing attachments. 12/27 MWL 12/27 1/22/01: > BJS completed Contract Packet, including Deposit / First Payment INV #2831, $12,300 due with Contract, FPGF, Room List & Hotel Info Form on 1/31/01. > DSC to pick-up and deliver on 1/23/01 at 9am mtg. > FM, please do your INV & FPGF thing per usual. BJS said he will send refund check to Principal c/o Susan Wood. > Hotel was beautiful, but not nearly as convenient as Secaucus. I explained that when you wait until the end of November to begin planning, Secaucus is usually Sold Out. > Complained again about Newton's Drivers. - William (aka Shotgun), "drove like a bat out of hell"; Cowboy, "took off three mirrors"; and Holmes was "rude". BJS told her that he would speak with Doris about her concerns. > She made no mention of their missing the first couple NBC studio tour reservations - I suspect at their own fault, they got a late start from the hotel that morning. BJS did not bring it up as he did not want to open a can or worms! > MWL, please secure refund from Empire State. Also, we will pay the full price so this doesn't happen again, and then Harvey will need to refund us at the end of the season. Please make this happen! ____ MWL ____ 4/17/01: > BJS mailed check #5469, $111. This is refund for over payment at Empire State.
