8/23/05:
>  Spoke with Ginger in the Entertainment Office & Tim Gettel, Youth Market Sales Manager.
>  Entertainment Office = 407-363-2300

>  Ginger will be actual performace contact since she is in the Entertainment Office & Tim will be our contact regarding Sales.
>  Program is in its relatve infancy, at least in regards to bureaucracy.
>  2006 Season Rate = $41.55 inclusive for a 1-day pass (Rack rate = $63.64).
>  Meal Coupons = $12.77 inclusive
>  They also have a Polynesian Luau called the Makahiki Luau = $43.63 inclusive.
>  Performances usually take place as the Shamu Theatre Shows are ending.
>  Per Ginger, they could handle as many as three ensembles. In regards to James Wood Band, they could do Marching Band and then have the Concert groups perform as shamu show is ending.

3/1/06:
>  BJS called and spoke with Ginger.
>  Mail application materials to Tim Gettel's attention in the Youth Sales Office.
>  Should not be a problem, she does not currentl yhave any other bands scheduled on 04/13/06.
>  Jazz ensembles would most likely have to share one performance slot

9/28/07:
>  BJS printed Application from website for Hancock MSHS Band (April '08).
>  BJS called to get rates for Spring '08.
>  Usual SeaWorld hard to get ahold of anyone who can really help :-(   Has not seemed to work out the bugs yet, just like when I called in the Fall of 2005!!!
>  Ginger, in the Entertainment Dept hanldes this - she is not in.
>  407-363-2315 Debbie's DL (Entertainment Manager) - BJS LVM  - Debbie called back & is no help!

9/28/07:
>  Rec'd Order Form with Rates for 2008 from Lori - she is the best!!!
>  Student rate = $37.28 and Adult Rate = $42.60, so BJS decided to use the average = $39.94 as the pp rate.
>  Dining Certificates = $12.77 ea.

2/1/08:
>  Ginger Loyack (407-370-1320) called and John Walker, a Youth Group Sales Manager is the starting point for SoundWaves (407-363-2254).
>  Michael Nemeroff, in Event Services, deals with the operational portion of the SoundWaves program (407-370-1237).
>  Ginger has found our application.
>  Parade recording needs to be a bit longer, they are also concerned with small group size.
>  Need a second song on the dvd - can be made in the band room, does not have to be a recording from a parade or 
>  They may also switch them to a stationery performance as the park attendees file out of the Shamu Show.
>  Mail directly to John Walker, Sales Dept. SeaWorld of Florida, 7007 SeaWorld Drive, Orlando, FL  32821.
