>  Alamo Heights UMC, 210-826-3215, Ruth Ann Lind, Music Director, is another location option. This is where the Children's Chorus rehearses.
>  2 - 4 pm on Friday, May 9, 2008 would work best for her.
>  $400 honorarium
>  Needs to provide their own accompanist.

>  The Daggett Montessori School and the Tangle Elementary School Choirs, from Ft. Worth, will be traveling to San Antonio again this coming Spring and would love to have an opportunity to work with you again. They last visited San Antonio in May 2008 when you were gracious enough to do a clinic with their choirs and they were hopeful that you would be available to work with them again in May 2010.
>  Their dates are somewhat flexible, based on your availability. I see on your choir's website that the Spring Song is May 2, 2010 and they are well aware that particular weekend is out of the question. Either of the two following weekends would work for them, May 7th / 8th, or May 14th / 15th (in order of preference).
>  When you conducted the clinic in 2008, they did a 2-hour clinic on Friday afternoon. We are prepared to offer a $350 honorarium for your time and hope your schedule will permit.
>  Please advise at your very earliest convenience. I look forward to hearing from you soon and hope we will have an opportunity to work together again with this group.

Hi, Bryan,
My apologies for not responding sooner to your message.  We had a Symphony performance about 10 days ago and it�s thrown me behind in everything!
I would be glad to clinic these young singers again; they were very enjoyable to work with last time.  However, the only date that will work for me is Friday, May 7th.  Please let me know if that�s still viable for the schools� travel schedule.  The $350 fee is fine.  I�d like copies of their music by the beginning of April.
