>  BJS added Tilly to the system.
>  AEs are to add it as an attachment once the client asks for a K and they have completed the Rate Work Sheet.
>  Start Date in the attachment should be the first payment date (as noted on the Rate Worksheet).
>  End Date in the attachments should be the same as the group's Balance Due Date as listed in the date boxes for the trip, just above the trip notes, just below all the Forms due date boxes.
>  Tilly has three main points - 
1.  To get a better handle on a group's numbers within a month or two of them asking for the K.  If we see trip registration is low, we can address this early in the process and make changes if necessary. Adjust inclusions to lower price, shorten the trip, consider an alternate destination.  These are all viable options 9 - 12 months prior to a trip, but based on the old way of doing things, getting a true picture of numbers 60-days prior to a trip, it is too late to make these adjustments.
2.  Obviously, to allow for on-line credit card payments, which should increase trip participation.
3.  To generate the name list for the customized luggage tags.
