 Hi Emily! I trust this finds you and your family all doing well. It is nice to be back in the office and see real signs of progress in our industry.
 I have a few groups I need to send to FMG for quotes and I wanted to see how I should proceed.  We, like many other companies, have downsized as a result of the pandemic, so I will be the point of contact for the time being here at CCIS.
 Since I haven’t “been that person” in a while, please advise at your very earliest convenience and I will proceed as needed.

Hi Bryan! 
  It's wonderful to hear from you!  It brought a big smile to my face that you are back in the office and seeing travel swing in the right direction. :) 
  For your upcoming group air requests, you can enter them directly on your My Fly My Group Account!  Once you enter a request, we will email you back verifying that we received it and will get to work!  We are currently securing group air contracts through March 24,2022.  If a group is traveling after this date, we can always provide you with an estimate now, and then we will hang onto the request and provide you a firm quote once the inventory is available!  If you prefer, you can also email me the requests and I can enter them on your account on your behalf. Whatever is easiest for you!

  Through your account you can do the following:
  Submit group requests! Our air specialist team automatically receives your request. We will then email you various quotes based on your request.  
  Generate CCIS Travel branded documents (including e-ticket receipts & itineraries) to share with your clients.
  View & manage all of your groups travel in one stop, ability to filter by your group ID, name and travel dates.
  View and download invoices by group.
  Rest API! This will enable you to extract all of the pertinent flight information (names, ticket numbers, record locators, itineraries) from your Fly My Group Account directly to your CRM.
