1.  Provide 2 links below to a live performance on YouTube, Myspace or       other applicable site.
2.  Mail a DVD to 4 South Market Building, Boston, MA 02109

All performances are booked in 2 hour slots in the West End or South Market, starting at 11 am and
ending at 9 pm. The performance slots run 11-1, 1-3, 3-5, 5-7 and 7-9 in the West End and 11:30-1:30,
1:30-3:30, 3:30-5:30, 5:30-7:30 and 7:30-9:30 in the South Market. All setup/breakdown and performance
must occur within the 2 hour block. If your setup, breakdown, and performance will take longer than 2
hours, please request two slots.
A site fee of $150 is required to book your group performance. All performances take place outdoors and
we do not have space to accommodate large groups inside if we experience inclement weather. Your site
fee will be reimbursed should your performance be cancelled due to weather.
Site Fee Includes:
- Performance area with access to electricity
- 24/7 Security
- Marketing - Send along a photo and bio of your group and we will post your performance as a special
event on our website and promote your appearance in social media.

Rules:
- All performances are unpaid but groups are allowed to put out a bucket for tips.
- You cannot promote the event as a fundraiser but you can say that you are accepting tips.
- You must bring your own equipment, extension cords, chairs, music stands, and any other items
needed for your performance.
- If you rent chairs or equipment, you must be present for pickup and dropoff.
- Your sound must not exceed 80 decibels.
Parking & Unloading:
- 75 State Street Garage - Receive $3 validation coupon from any of our participating merchants or
purchase validated parking ahead of time online.

- To unload equipment for a West End performance, pull up to the Chatham Street gate.
- To unload equipment for a South Market 4 performance, pull up on Chatham Street and look for the 4
South Market lobby.
