Spoke to Rita and they will not know post if it is Winer or Summer hours until very close to the date.  Winter rates are:  $5.53 CAN X .87 = $4.82
and Summer rates are :  $7.23 CAN Z .87 = $6.30
I put the summer rates in just incase!

>HMS updated the rates to 16.23.  IF the group goes between dec - mid April the rate will drop to 11.45
