5/17/19:
>  Per HSM, still awaiting 2020 Meal Certificate Rates, so BJS made them $17 for the lunch and Dinner no dessert that we always use.  Also made b-fast $13.  Can be adjusted once we know the real rates, but this should work for now.

2/8/21:
>  BJS marked NO since these are not an option POST Covid.
