BJS & DSC decided that 37 will be the max (29 + 8). > BJS adjusted Bible Screen to reflect 37 (29 + 8). > BJS updated IOG as well. > Reviewed rates and sice we have the airline surplus, we wil not change pp rates. > DSC to alert client and have her initial contract as needed. 11/8/05: > BJS spoke with Ruth Birch, explained how to mark K, etc. > Wewent thorugh rates, etc. as if she were seeing things for the first time. > BJS also discussed transportation and how it affects pprates. > She will dsicuss wth Kim Souther and then call DSC. 11/10/05: > BJS sent EM to DSC, we need some answers, for their hotel contract's final extension expires tomorrow. 11/10/05: > DSC heard from Ruth, needs us to see what we can adjust to get the budget closer to their $1,000 pp estimate. > BJS is REALLY pissed. This trip was never less than $1,093.00 pp - EVER. Kim has been aware of that from the very beginning and now all of the sudden it is an issue!!! What the fuck?!!! > BJS told DSC that she needs to be speaking with Kim. Kim has been our contact all along and now all of the sudden this Ruth is involved and screwing eveything up. > BJS worked rates and IOG Rev1 with deleted lunches, Disney Workshop and changed Disney day dinners to park meal vouchers rather than Tortilla Joes and HOB. Savings = $84 per person. > She also wants to see rate for smaller capacity motor coach. BJS will ahev to call once things open up in CA. > BJS made no changes to bible or attachments. 11/11/05: > BJS EM revised charter rate (47) to DSC $4,855.00. She will get to client for decisions. > BJS also worked up rate for complete package = $1,029.21 and sent in EM To DSC. . . The REVISED charter rate for Kempsville Orchestra's 47-passenger coach will be $4,855.00. Their 55 rate was $5,562, so this is a savings of $707. The 55 rate divided by 37 pax was $150.32. The new 47 rate divided by 37 pax is $131.21, a savings of $19.11 per person, based on 37 paying pax. With this rate now confirmed, I get a total package price (sextuple), based on yesterday's revised CCIS package, of $1,029.21. CCIS Package $345.00 Air Transportation $553.00 Charter Coach $131.21 TOTAL $1,029.21. All of this is based on exactly 37-pax paying for the bus transportation and of course pending the exact planetary alignment of all heavenly bodies in our solar system, known and unknown!!! 11/15/05: > DSC spoke with Ruth. . . > Must keep trip to $1000 or under > Booster parent has found air fare with US Air around $400 so they want to cancel the air fare we have for them > CCIS Package MUST be $600 or less, emphasis on the less if at all possible > Hotel with only four to a room - full b'fast not important - continental OK - Embassy won't work > Keep bus as is. > Keep everything on the IOG that is in the contract (as originally presented) if at all possible. i.e. workshop, dinners as planned, meals at Disneyland with meal coupons, etc.. > Ruth was referred to a Dan Korea at Homewood Suites/Hilton Family at 1-714-620-2152 (he has not returned her call) by a Sherry Ramirez at Ayres Inn, who was sold out for their dates. Ruth has been told there are lots of hotels around Disneyland , I honestly did not comment on that. 11/15/05: > BJS secured cheaper hotel, then completed revised rates and PTP Rev1 and emailed to Kim and DSC. > DSC to follow-up on Wednesday. > BJS entered revised rates in Bible. > It is the same trip as originally presented, with the exception of the Air transportation.
