(All food and beverage goes toward that minimum.) > With 38 people @ $29.95 inclusive pp, this would be approximately $1,138.10. > MWL is waiting for fax to see what they have. > Recv'd menu. > MWL called Anna back--per Anna: This is the "smallest" banquet menu they have and they will not down size. > They can probably sub the soft Drinks for the coffee--they have done it before for other youth groups. > OK--she did not fully explain the price when we first spoke--it is actually $29.95 + 7% tax + 19% gratuity = $38.14 pp. The base price ($29.95) all goes towards the $1,000.00 minimum. > Do not have to order the vegetables.
