She was so embarassed. > Boosters Brd mtg tomorrow night - she will get with DSC on Wednesday AM. > She spoke with Natan - was an ASS as usual - She hung up on him. > We will see . . . 12/19/01: > After numerous conversations between Natan and Marty, as well as between Marty and DSC, Marty called and asked that BJS call this morning. > It was last left that Natan told her to work with us; however, DSC told Marty that in order for us to do this, Natan would need to call FAME to see if they would apply the $2,000 deposit already in hand to a Festival Only Package. > BJS called Marty . . . > She was on phone and WCB. 12/19/01: > Marty called and said that FAME would not credit our account; therefore, they would not be able to use CCIS for this year's trip. > Blah, Blah, Blah . . . > Wants to use us for next year's trip to Roxbury HS Show Choir Competition in March! > Wants to meet with DSC in May 2002 to discuss this trip! > Marty would also like to be involved (I told her we would let her know and that DSC would call) BJS editorial comment - She will not have students involved as her daughter will be graduating, so I see no reason for her to be there - Whatever . . . > MWL, please cancel all as needed. Per Kelly, we need to go to Landry's instead of Mesquite Charlie's. Item Notes ( Print Note )	ALL PREVIOUS NOTES HAVE BEEN RAGED OVER WITHIN THE OFFICE!!!!! 11/30/01 > MWL faxed Festival registration to FAME (parent company of the show choir invitational) along with "festival only" fax cover. 12/3/01 > OK, bottom line is that Natan is a prick. > When MWL called to make sure that the registration form was recv'd, after much discussion with these people, MWL discovered that he HAS actually signed a K and sent money to this festival company (approx. $2,000.00). He has outright lied about it to the trip coordinator--he had told her he'd done NOTHING yet. > We are in the process of seeing where we are at this point b/c we had already done all the work for this client (the trip coordinator, at this point) and want to know what the hell is going on. > DSC & BJS went to meet with Marty (TC) and explain what we had put together and how much $$ we could save the group. > MWL to investigate and see what might be able to occur with all this--the booster board has a mtg Tuesday, 12/4 and we will see what is going on then. 12/5/01 > Apparently, everyone EXCEPT Natan & the treasurer (who seem to be "best friends") LOVED our proposal. > MWL to call and check to see if it was possible to transfer what has already been sent for their 3d/2n option to their "festival-only" package for hit group. > We have already passed a cancellation deadline (11/30/01) but we (CCIS) are willing to make due and pick it up from here. > MWL LVM for Cameron (this group's rep)--waiting for call back. > As we are trying to get a quick answer for Marty, MWL L another msg, this time with a person, Brett (Cameron was at lunch). Waiting for a CB. 12/6/01 > Cameron called back. > Asked Cameron about the transfer, etc. > "Mr. Berenshtyn has requested that we not discuss or pursue this any further until he had called us back. He has a concert this week and wants to get through it." He wouldn't tell me when he spoke with him. > In other words, we have to wait until Mr. Prick-Hole calls them back and moves things along with this situation. > MWL passed the above info on to DSC just for her FYI. > Screw them all.
