I’ve also reached out to the account exec for the group for feedback on Wicked. Thanks. Connie 7/15/19: Hi Connie, Wicked usually asks for full payment within about a month from the time of booking. Once paid, ticketsa are non-refundable. They are sometimes flexible with payment deadlines if you can guarantee that the group is committed – so, unfortunately, waiting for another show to go on sale wouldn’t apply. If you think that Aladdin is really their first choice show, I would wait for that one – if the group is like 50/50, we can get the Wicked tickets on hold and give them until the payment due date to decide – at which time we would need to know the group is committed to ask for an extension.
