10/1/01:
>  BJS called school @ 1:30 PM ET - Joyce's number has changed.
>  NY may be dropped due to Parent concerns.
>  She is definitely going somewhere over the 1st weekend of April.  If not NY, maybe Atlanta.  BJS review dbase, she mentioned San Antonio & Gatlinburg, but only Heritage had festivals there that weekend and I told her we could not help her - that is why I steered her toward Atlanta.  Fiesta-val and Music festivals are both there that weekend.
>  She has booster mtg. on Monday, 10/8/01 and would like to see some Atlanat samples by that time just to have as a back-up in case NYC is a no-go.
>  BJS said he would have something to her by week's end.

10/4/01:
>  BJS faxed 2 ATL samples to Joyce as back-ups for Monday night's booster mtg just incase FOE NY is not going to work due to terrorism concerns.

10/5/01:
>  BJS called to confirm receipt of Atlanta samples.
>  Joyce was not going to be back this afternoon.
>  BJS LM with student.

10/9/01:
>  Joyce called and spoke with MWL, they are coming to FOE NY2.
>  She has some contract questions.
>  BJS to call at 2:30pm ET today!

10/9/01:
>  FOE NY1.
>  BJS returned call . . . Spoke with Joyce.
>  Students, 89% voted for NYC.
>  Parents also voted for NYC.
>  She will complete Application Form and mail with $75 fee.
