1/8/01
>  Louis called and spoke with MWL about Musicate-San Antonio.
>  He is in a fix--he realizes that he is late getting things going to put together his Spring travel plans.  The approval process with the administration has not fully begun and he can't really send a non-refundable deposit if they tell him "no" in the end. 
>  MWL told him that we understood his problem, but also mentioned what we were up against as far as releasing Clinicians and other contractual things.  He totally understands our position.
>  He sound struly interested and scheduled a phone call for tomorrow morning. (9:30AM ET)
> This is a Choir & Orchestra (Louis Moreno is the Orchestra Director).
>  Choir = approx. 30/Orchestra = 25-30
>  4-6 chaperones + 2 Directors
>  70+/- total people
>  We will see if he calls back in the morning--it will indicate how serious he is about coming.
>  We shall see...
>  As MWL will be coming in late (bank), BJS will take call.

1/9/01:
>  Louis called and spoke with BJS.  (Choir Director was also in room.)
>  Both Choir and Orchestra are planning on San Antonio.
>  They would come by Bus and make these arrangements on their own.
>  Louis is orginally from San Antonio.
>  Next School Board Mtg is 1/16/01.
>  Will probably want to add a Sunday night stay and then they may do a concert at his brother's school in San Antonio (and then I heard them mention a trip to Galveston for some beach time, then home on Tuesday)
>  They are going to talk it over and fax Registration Form and PO#.
>  I told him we would have tp have actual PO by end of week (1/15).
>  Explained that actual release date for clinicians was 1/22/01 and we would have to know before that.
>  I explained that we would love to have them and will work with them as much as possible to make this happen.

1/12/01:
>  Per Louis, Registration Form & PO to be faxed this afternoon or first thing Monday AM.
>  Principlal has approved - needs final approval downtown, but no problem expected.
