>  Mendy called back.
>  She is worried b/c she wants to come, however, her Admin. Meeting doesn't happen until January 17.
>  MWL explained b/c of contractual obligations, we would need to know NLT January 19.
>  Just choir not band is coming--28 + 8.
>  We are to call her at her other school--559-592-2144 xt.2501--on Thursday18/Friday19 for decision.
>  She has been talking this trip up for months and thinks it should not be a problem, however, needs approval first.

1/18/01:
>  BJS called Melinda - LVM (it was Kirk's box - per usual).
>  Mendy called back--she's coming for sure! 
>  She will faxing the application and a copy of the $$ request form either today or tomorrow.
>  She mentioned the school board having ?'s about the Harbor cruise (apparently there are water issues).  Did we have anything to substitute?  MWL told her no, but if there was some additional info from the cruise she needed, MWL would be happy to get it for her. (It's not going to be an issue for us--they will have to follow certain parameters, that's all.)
>  Yay!
