>  Anne Falik called to ask some questions about Musicate williamsburg.  She only had Musicate 99 brochure.
>  MWL faxed new brochure to her.
>  She wants to come to Wmsburg early--they will leave FL May 1 and arrive May 2, needing one extra night at the hotel.
>  MWL explained the process and that we needed to receive her app and fee before we could secure anything for her.  
>  She seemed to understand, but she also wanted to have a ballpark to put into a proposal for approval by the school board.
>  MWL said we could look in to it and perhaps give her a ballpark by Thursday, but to know nothing would be in stone; it would all be ballpark.
>  She also wants us to see (again, ballpark) what it would cost for us to do the transportation.  She gave me two companies to call--Annett & Coach USA--2 55's.
>  Please advise--we are talking about approximately 110 total people--Band & Orchestra.

>  Per conversation with BJS, we established the following:

Musicate Williamsburg 2001 PLUS�.

They are traveling thourgh the night May 1.
Arrival Wednesday, May 2.

NEED:
3 meals Wednesday---$40
Hotel stay Wednesday plus breakfast--$40
Lunch and dinner Thursday--$30
TOTAL EXTRA (ballpark) $95-$115

TRANSPORTATION---per 24 hour period---$25-$30
