>  John called and had some questionsabout Musicate.
>  He had our brochure and cannot locate it, so he called for us to send him another one.
>  He has used Heritage for a number of years, but he was not pleased with what they did for him last year.
>  MWL gave overview of Musicate and mailed brochure out today.
>  MWL to call at end of next week (11/3/00).

>  FM mailed John Musicate brochure, references, MWL business card
and mouse pad and a short note emphasizing 'all inclusive 3day 2 night to Toronto would be very affordable.

>  140 +/- kids--145 total with chaperones.
>  Choir 1--21 Chamber Choir; Choir 2--54 Concert Choir; 76 Senior Band. 
>  Wants performance opportunity for ALL groups--maybe the Eaton Centre or something of the like.
>  1-1 1/2 hours of performance--will provide own programs for show.
>  Wants a sample package price/with performance.
>  Bluebird Coach Lines--wants quote.
>  Wants to know if equipment will be provided at performance as well--MWL told him that eqipment would indeed be provided at the clinic--we will have to find out about extra performance site.
>  Band Director--Shawn Rydzik.
>  We will need to attempt to secure a quote from this Bluebird Bus Lines.
>  MWL told John that we probably would not be able to have answers until after the Thanksgiving holiday.
>  He said fine.

11/27/00:
>  Cheektowaga is approximately 2-hrs (115 miles from Toronto).
>  BJS will not complete an IOG until we have this man's decision - a.k.a. Applcation & Registration Fee.
>  FM, please call Blue Bird Bus Lines and get a "basic" quote for 2-47s and 1-55 for a trip from Cheektowaga, NY to Toronto, Ontario.  They would leave Thursday evening, April 26, 2001 at 6pm and go directly to the hotel.
>  Friday will be local transfers around Toronto from approx. 8:30 am until 10 pm.
>  Saturday, local transfers from approx. 7:30 am - 10:30 pm.  They will then depart Toronto at 10:30 pm and head for home, arriving back in Cheetowaga at approx. 12:30 am.
>  FM, once rec'd, please add the 10% mark-up and share these figures with MWL.
>  MWL, once FM has these numbers to you, go ahead and call the prospect and share these figures with him.  Then see what he has to say . . .

>  Bluebird Bus Lines merged with Coach USA--it is now all Coach USA.

>  MWL LVM for John re: all the above information.
>  John called back.
>  MWL shared information we had and told him that he needed to understand that even though these coaches are available, we DO NOT have them reserved.  We did the "ballpark math" to figure out additional cost to add to the package price.
>  Actually MWL basically told him that we really couldn't secure anything for him (xtra performance or buses) until we had their applications and Registration Fees.
>  He is aware of all of this and should be making a decision soon--they need to decide if they can actually afford it or not.
>  We are waiting for an answer (aka applications and fees).

>  Shawn BD called and LVM for MWL.
>  MWL LVM for them to call back.
>  They are hemming and hawing about being so close. 
>  They will have to have Hotel Security - not a problem, as it is required by the hotel . . .
>  MWL sat in on the continued conversation between BJS & John/Shawn.
>  BJS & MWL revised pricing for a 2d/1n trip as follows:
Q-$285  T-$299  D-$339  S-$379
>  MWL faxed Revised Inclusion Sheet for Toronto--this took off 1 night and Breakfast at the Hotel.
>  We are to check with bus company to see change in bus price as soon as possible.
>  All Musicate Inclusions would be included.  They will forgo the additional performance opportunity they had originally asked for, due to brevity of trip.
>  BJS to revise IOG so we can see what the charter savings may be.
