>  Barbara Anderson, Trip Coordinator---the director has had a family emergency and has been out 3 weeks!  Yikes!
>  Anyway, she will be calling with a fax number so MWL can send a sample IOG and Reference List.
>  She asked a million questions (33 minutes, 3 seconds), but seemed genuinely interested in the program.  They "got burned badly" last year on their trip and are being very careful about the questions they ask.
>  MWL told her we didn't mind the questions AT ALL.  I wanted to give her all the info she needed to choose our company.
>  Menus, GT, time frames, hotel condition, on and on and on.
>  She will be having a meeting at the beginning of next week with the parents so they can start making a decision.
>  MWL told her "not to hesitate to contact me with any further questions or concerns".
>  We'll see�

>  Since MWL did not hear from Barbara on Friday re: the fax# to send additional info, I called Barbara.
>  Barbara said she thought about it and decided she had enough info for her parent meeting this afternoon and there was no need to send more if the parents were not going to go for it anywy.  She said that she was hearing grumblings about the hotel being in the Meadowlands and that parents thought that the kids were "spending too much time at the hotel"!  WHAT?!?!?!
>  MWL explained (again) about the hotel only being 4-5 miles outside the city and that the clinics and Banq/Show Concert were the ONLY things at the hotel---the rest of the activities were IN the city!!!!!
>  By the end of the conversation, I felt like I had probably wasted my breath.
>  Barbara said she would call me iwther way with whatever they decided.
>  Yes, she is very aware of our ability to design a trip to their specifications.  She said she would also pass this along in her parent meeting.
