>  Derrick Kittle is the new Director and we are working on a trip to Nashville for the Band & Choir in May 2014.

Met with Derrick  He had nothing but glowing phrases about how successful the trip to Nashville was and he definitely will spread the word trave with CCIS again in 2016.  Small school so they only travel every other year.

     I am looking forward to speaking with you and Kay tomorrow morning regarding the Band’s combined trip to Orlando in 2016.  Here are the instructions for logging in to the meeting.  Please share this with your colleague at Windham if she is able to participate.
1. Please join my meeting on Friday morning, September 5, 2014, beginning at 10:30AM, by going to www.gotomeeting.com.
2. Click on the JOIN MEETING button near the top, right hand portion of the screen.
3. When prompted, enter the Meeting ID:  113-309-109 and then click CONTINUE.
4. If you are asked for a Meeting Password, it is Orlando (with a capital O).  This may not be required.
5. Use your microphone and speakers (VoIP) - a headset is recommended.  Or, call in using your telephone - dial the Conference Call Number: 1 (646) 749-3112.  
6. When prompted, enter the Access Code: 113-309-109.

>Bryan and Kay talked with Derrick today about Disney trip in 2016
>Derrick will be merging with the Windham Band and Choir for this trip.  Becky Creson is their director
>Derrick was VERY interested in the Candlelight Ceremony for the choir and the parade for their bands.
>Meeting with booster clubs Sept.8th to present material
>From there will decide dates etc.
>Bryan assured him this has been done and they bill separately to each school

>  This group had a credit for $769.92, as described in the notes for the cancelled 2018 Williamsburg trip. SN reached out via EM, since 2020 would be a travel year in their rotation, to see if they would like to utilize this credit for future travel with us. SN also BCC'd BJS on this correspondence.  It is doubtful they will, since they were unhappy with their last experience.
