>  Jennifer called and asked about a 1 night trip.  
>  She would want to arrive on Friday.
>  MWL told her that after the Jan. 15th deadline we would contact her.

1/23/01
>  Jennifer called and spoke with MWL.
>  She wanted to know about the availability for our NY weekends for Musicate--she understands that the deadline has past.  I told her that the Choir was sold out for the first weekend.
>  MWL told her that as our contractual deadlines with the clinicians, the band clinician had been released for the second weekend.
>  MWL also told her that if she were to come the 2nd weekend, we would have to have $1300 in our office NLT Monday, Jan. 29th.  That didn't seem to be a problem for her.
>  She will be talking to the band director at the school and see if they want to try and do something together or have just the choir come to NY2.  She should have an answer by this afternoon.
>  We shall see.

1/24/01:
>  BJS LVM for Jennifer Moore.
>  Told her if band was interested, Tony Maiello was still available as of yesterday afternoon and he would love to do the band clinic.
>  Asked her for call back this afternoon if possible.

1/25/01:
>  BJS called Jennifer . . .
>  Spoke with Tina, the Band Director - she was excited to hear that we had room and that Tony would probably be available.
>  BJS held for 7 minutes while Tina searched for Jennifer, to no avail - Jennifer WCB.

1/29/01
>  Jennifer called--she was unable to secure transportation for this NY2 weekend so she had to make plans for the next weekend.
>  She is doing Ovation--sucks.
