>  Spoke with MWL.  Told her we were in the process of putting together the propect info and it would be mailed.
>  She said no problem---she also wants some references.
>  MWL to give her Tucker Orchestra ('00), Wellington Orchestra ('99), Lafayette Orchestra ('99).

>  Spoke with Bruce.
>  Interested in San Diego-Musicate.  Also, if dates don't work, interested in Dallas/Ft. Worth.
>  Wed-Sat OR Th-Sunday.  Sounds like he is very interested in using us either way.
>  Asked about pricing, would it be similar to a Musicate package is they didn't do Msuciate---MWL made no guarantees and said that really what we needed from him is the info for the things he would want to do in Dallas/Ft. Worth (clinics, attractions, etc.).  
>  He sounds slightly scattered, but OK.  He wants a brochure as soon as we can send it.

>  MWL, please fax this client a copy of the 2001 Brochure this afternoon.  Thanks!  If they are not going to do Musicate, we will give them to Missy as a CCIS prospect.

>  Needs to know estimate for ground transportation once in San Antonio.
>  Wants to know if if by Monday could we put together a similar trip for different weekend (3/29/01-4/1/00).
>  They are looking to make a decision soon.
>  Per BJS, transportation will be (on the high side) approx. $75 per person.
>  Also, a good proposed trip for a "Musicate-type" trip is the actual brochure itself.
>  MWL to fax answers/info to Bruce NLT 9/11/00.

>  Bruce called this morning.
>  He had some questions aboutTravel insurance.
>  MWL gave him brief info on the insurance for which we had info and faxed it to him.
>  In cover sheet, MWL also told him he should check with his travel agent (presumably handling their air travel) and that they probably had more info at their disposal.
>  It looks like they are shooting for Musicate San Diego---yay!!!  He should know for sure very soon.

1/4/01:
>  Bruce called World of Music has cancelled their competition the same weekend as our San Diego Musicate.  Here is what they were planning.
>  Arrival Thursday, 1PM PT  (They already have paid non-refundable deposit of $1600 to airlines).
>  Departure - Sunday 11AM
>  Total Pax = 40  (34 + 6)
>  Clinic, Lodging, Sea World   ($170)
>  Extras = Zoo, SD Chamber Orchestra Concert (Sat. PM). ($50)
>  3 - Dinners.($10 x 3)
>  Budget = $250.
>  BJS ran some numbers and offered to delete the three b-fasts, two lunches and no comps for $285.
>  He may elect to no attend banquet as well - who knows!
>  He will think about it and get back to us next week.  World of Music may work something up for him by next Tuesday.  We will see.

1/10/01:
>  Bruce called.  World of Music has worked out something to their liking, so they are going to go with it (like we figured differently!)
>  I killed him with kindness and told him to keep us in mind for 2002.
