12/14/17:
>  BT updated contact per Jason reaching out to us for NY trip.
>  Will send Jeff a referral form.

12/18/17:
>  BT and BJS discussed quote and inclusions that Jason sent. BT created a Dropbox folder and placed quote in it.
>  We figured out rates and decided to send him a JPP for a DST trip with matching inclusions. 
>  BT created a TO with BJS and placed in Dropbox.
>  Sent to Jason and clarified that nothing is confirmed yet due to quick turnaround - will await his decision.
>  Should he decide to go with us, BT will enter trip into system so we can proceed.

1/8/18:
>  Jason decided to go with first company - few bucks cheaper.
>  I told him we could probably match as what we gave him was a JPP.
>  He said he was sure we could have matched, but they have been accommodating for him and they were first - fair enough.
>  Wants to do Boston or Chicago with us next year, appreciated us getting proposal for him so quickly, wants to have next years trip nailed down as soon as this one is over - mid April.
>  Made a note to reach out to wish good luck on NY trip and check in about next year.
