>  Johanna called and spoke to MPM.
>  She had received a postcard and is very interested in Musicate 2001---wanted to know the clinician for NY (1).
>  Has 80 +/- String Orchestra.
>  Told her that at this time,  it looked like it would be Michael Allen.
>  She was very exited---they went to HS together!
>  MWL entered in system.
>  As we do not know what info she actually has, MWL will mail Y2K brochure with 2001 flyer out today.

>  Ernie Pollack (husband of director) called and spoke with MWL.
>  Average group size 45st/5-10 adults. 
>  We spoke at length aboutNY--MWL told him about Musicate--he loved the sound of it.
>  He indicated that they would probably ride a bus to get there, but once in NY, the group would use pulic trnsportation.  MWL told him that was totally up to him.
>  FAX number 803-796-8525

>  MWL faxed brochure sample IOG for the weekend and Musicate Reference List.
>  MWL stressed that we could not secure anything until we had their $300 reg Fee inour office.  He understood that--no problem.

>  Ernie called and they want to come to NY 1---yikes!!!!!
>  He said the group could range in size frome 50-80.
>  Per BJS, MWL told him that b/c of our situation, we would need to have their application and $300 Fee in hand by the end of the week and a better estimate of how many people would be coming.
>  Ernie said no problem--he needed an application (even though MWL had mailed and faxed stuff to him in November).
>  MWL faxed application while Ernie calls his director wife and sees if they narrow down the number of people actually attending.
>  Ernie called back.
>  Approximately 55 students plus 6 adults.
>  Ernie will be Fed-Exing check and application for arrival this week.
>  They are really coming!  AND�we have the rooms at Holiday Inn Harmon Meadow!!!  Wheeha!

>  We hadn't heard anything as of yet from Ernie (no FedEx, no msg., nothing).
>  MWL called and LVM for Ernie and also called school--spoke with Johanna.
>  She doesn't know the details as to when or if it was sent yet.
>  MWL asked her to find out and let us know asap, please.
