>  MS faxed Prospect form to our office today.
>  A check from this individual is apparently "on the way".

2/16/00:
>  Rec'd check #1071, $390.  Workshop Tuition PIF.

2/21/00:
>  BJS entered payment in Qbooks, generated Invioce, stamped PAID, and mailed copy to Fred.
>  MWL, please process paperwoork per SOP (what ever that is! - see me if any questions)

4/24/00:
>  Fred called.  Rodney had made mention of the Scholarships to him.
>  He spoke with Marilyn and "he said, she said" there was sufficient enrollment for the scholarships to be activiated; therefore, he wanted to apply the $390 he had paid to date to a room deposit at the Diamond Head Beach Resort!
>  I told him enrollment needed to reach 40 before we could offer the scholarships and we weren't quite there yet!
>  BJS followed up with Marilyn and she told him we had plenty of prospects, but had not yet reached our goal!
>  Fred is going to fax his room reservation request to our office today or tomorrow.

> Recv'd check #1120, $206.00 for a Quad Room---we will be checking to see if that will actually be a double after the Rooming List is done.

6/6/00
>  Fred called and spoke with MWL.
>  He may have a friend that is coming to NJ, but NOT participating in the wkshop.  He will be calling me back today to let me know.

6/7/00
>  As we had not heard from Fred, MWL called this AM.
>  Fred said that he was waiting on a return email from his friend to see if he is actually coming.  
>  MWL told him as this affected not only his invoicing, but also Jason Armstrong's, and that we needed to process and mail out the invoicing today, that we needed to know one way or the other by 5PM today.
>  He said that he would call and let me know either way.

6/7/00:
>  Fred called.  Keep him at the Double.  If his friend comes, he'll work it out with Jason.

6/7/00:
>  BJS prepared and mialed INV #2686 for housing balance - Double Occupancy.  Amount due = $206 on 6/21/00.
>  MWL, please process per SOP .  Thanks!
