>  Victoria called and spoke with BJS.
>  Received ad in FSU Xmas Letter.
>  Was already on wait list for Haystack in 2001; therefore, she is planning to join us in NJ in 2000!
>  BJS to mail brochure and she will return it upon receipt, with $.

1/24/00:
>  BJS mailed brochure.

>  Victoria Ligon wants to share room with daughter and 2 other people.
>  Needs extra copy of brochure.
>  MWL mailing brochure out this afternoon.

3/13/00
> Recv'd check #992, $596.00.
>  #3.
>  Victoria called to check on her check arriving.  As it was not processed, SMP wasn't sure.  No problem---she will be calling back tomorrow, 3/14/00.
>  ALSO---she has friends interested, so SMP mailed 5 brochures to her  today.  COOL!!

>  got message on voice-mail that Victoria's father is gravely ill and she will not be able to attend.
>  She asked if we couldn't refund her money, could we please ship the music to her---per BJS, no problem.
>  MWL to call and let her know this is fine.

>  Victoria called, returning MWL's call re: housing.  She requested Quad and we had no one to put her in with.  Does she still want it At the single rate - NO.
>  BJS to refund her housing deposit ($206).  She is going to call Zing Koh to see if she can share her apartment.
>  She is very excited about coming and can't wait to work with Rod!
