>  Explained that NY2 may not happen; however, NY1 probably would be going on since we already have a few choirs who have applied.
>  Asked Amy to call back after the first of the year so we can discuss the possibility of switching to NY1 and/or to check status of NY2.

>  Asked her to call back.  NY2 has been canceled; however, we could offer her a clinic slot on Saturday.

1/14/02
>  MWL called and spoke with Amy.
>  Unfortunately, April 6 is the weekend of ther All-State Choir and they will not be able to attend our FOE Clinic. However, she enthusiastically looks forward to our program next year.

>  MWL discussed Clinic Only Participation Package.  $300 Registration / Clinic Fee & $75pp for Clinic & Banquet / Showcase Concert.
>  Amy may need a Saturday clinic in case her Principal will not allow them to miss school on Friday.
>  Amy will check on this and we'll check on availability and talk again later today.
>  Band may also be interested.

1/19/00:
>  Amy called and spoke with BJS as MWL was at lunch.
>  Saturday Clinic Only Package sounds Great!
>  I told her we would keep clinic 6 for her, that way the down time between Clinic & Banquet / Concert would be kept to a minimum.
>  She is planning to fax Application today.  Check will be processed on Friday (weather permitting - they have had a lot of snow).  I told her we would need her $300 NTL Wednesday, 1/26/00, in order to guarantee her spot.  She said fine.
>  I informed her that the band clinic for NY1 was not available; however, space remained available for NY2.  Same deal for band as for her!  She will let band director know.  We'll see . . .

>  MWL spoke with BJS.
>  Literally CLINIC ONLY--no Banquet, etc.= $20.00pp.
>  Amy very excited, will check with supervisor, etc. and call me back.

>  MWL LM for Amy to call.  Wanted to confirm that the rate would be $20/student & the $300 Registration / Clinic Fee.

1/31/00:
>  Amy returned call from MWL.
>  Spoke with BJS.
>  She was aware of the $300 in addition to the $20/student.
>  She is going to fax form today.
>  She is submitting paperwork for the $300 check today.
>  I told her we would invoice her for the per person fee.
>  MWL to call if she needs anything else!
