>  Flight won't be arriving until 10pm Thursday night.  MWL told her that was fine.

>  MWL told her once her materials arrived, we would move forward with the arrangements for ground transportation.

>  She put in a request for a Friday clinic b/c her accompanist has other plans for Saturday. (Son for College wknd @ Trinity)
