5/7/21:
>  James reached out on web, and came to Disney webinar.
>  Learned about us on Yellow Board!
>  80 pax, 5 park days - needs to decide about workshops at UO or Disney. Whichever he decides on, that will be the 3 day park.
>  BT sent him some info on workshops so he can decide. Has performed in the past, but thinks workshop will be a good fit.
>  late May of 2022. Grad is on 20th - so can depart 21st if by bus or 22 if by plane. Park days likely M-F of that week.
>  No bids - small district, didn't sounds like he was shopping around.
>  Hasn't taken a trip in like 5 years. He wasn't at this school. But last time this school did an Orlando trip, it was probably around $1200-$1300. So a flying trip may not be out of the realm budget wise.
>  Would like to look into flying, but kind of like Madisonville, best to plan as a bus trip to start and get flight costs. 
>  They are in panhandle of Tx. Amarillo closest airport and SWA does fly out of there. It's about 2 hrs. away. Dallas is about 5 hrs. Oklahoma City is closer than Dallas - about 3 hrs.
>  No approved charter list - he didn’t know of any charter companies off hand. They are really in the middle of nowhere!
>  BT will start working on bones of IOG while he decides on park days and touch base with him next week to keep things moving.

5/10/21:
>  BJS and BT discussed sincere air possibility since bus trip is 25 hrs non-stop.
>  We are thinking Fly out of OKC (3.5 hrs from home) on Sunday, 5/22/22, Park Days M - F and then fly back to OKC on Friday late afternoon / evening, 5/27/22.
>  Other option would be long bus on 5/21/22 (Sat.), hotel overnight en route, and then remainder of trip to Orlando on Sunday. Park Days = Monday - Friday and then depart for home Friday early evening, travel straight thru and arrive school Saturday before midnight.

5/10/21:
>  Per BT, he'd prefer to do the WDW Workshop, so plan on 3-days at WDW and 2 at UO.

5/11/21:
>  FYI, Canadian TX is in the Central Time Zone, so 1-hour behind Orlando.
>  BJS reviewed and updated FLYING IOG as needed.  It is ready for IOG R&A with client.
>  BJS reviewed BUS IOG.  Hattiesburg, MS (Central Time) seems like stoping point for first night.
>  Canadian HS, TX to Hattiesburg = 845 miles / 14 hrs non-stop
>  Hattiesburg, MS to Lake Buena Vista = 604 miles / 10 hrs non-stop
>  BJS reviewed and updated BUS IOG as well and now it too can be shared with Client.
