> SN added client to system in order to add a full music department trip to Orlando.
>  Client selected Choice Music Tours, the CD's preferred tour operator. CD has never used CCIS.

9/19/24:
>  BSJ spoke with Rick after he emailed the day earlier asking for a call with BJS, not BT.
>  Following call, BJS spoke with BT about Rick's concern with his bedside manner, and we agreed that ME could handle this trip.
>  BJS also mentioned that we plan to have a new Western PA / Ohio AE in place in the next 18 months or so. It is someone we both know and I am sure he will be happy with this person; however, I am not able to reveal who it is at the time being.
>  BJS updated Rick to the Main Point of Contact, including updated his email address since the school system has changed names and now instead of South Butler School District, they are Knoch School District.  If you haven't figured it out, they are located adjacent to the Butler (PA) HS School District.
>  Other group contacts will need updated - not sure they are still accurate . . . emails for sure.
>  Rick has always worked with a parent trip coordinator. This could have been a apart of his issue with BT as it appeared the TC was never empowered to make decisions and always had to defer to Rick and was a huge drag on time as they could never make up their mind.
>  Read through the NOTES on the Band's trip to NYC from March 2024 so you get an idea of what you are dealing with.
>  Rick is 47-yo and has been a BD for 25+ years and traveled most every year so he feels quite confident that he knows what he is doing. Likes to talk / express himself, and wants to finish his sentences.
>  By and large customer rating is a 3- or 4.
>  Fishing for a trip to Baltimore, MD.
>  Proposed Dates = March 14 - 16, 2025.
>  Music Department (Band, Choir & Orchestra).
>  Clinics for the Band, Choir, & Orchestra. 
>  Rick mentioned that the last time they traveled as a department and used Choice, it was not good - they had a LOT of issues, promises made and did not deliver, rates kept changing, etc.
>  Rick was NOT happy and he will once again be pushing for them to use CCIS - he has never had any of the problems with us that they had with Choice . . . we shall see.
>  Remember, they are FISHING, and he is looking for inclusion ideas, mentioned B-way Show playing, 9-5, and some other things so makes me think they may already have their proposal from Choice!
>  BJS told Rick ME would follow up with him either today or tomorrow. 
>  BJS did not add a trip to the system.
>  ME, review last year's trips to Baltimore so you will have some ideas of attractions / suggestions, if needed.
>  FYI, Karns & City HS Music's Spirit of Baltimore Cruise did not happen last year due to a maintenance issue. Rick mentioned the Spirit Dinner Cruise as another inclusion.
>  Feel free to come right out and ask him if they already have the other proposal. If so, if he would send it to us (he can obscure the prices if he wants), we could provide an apples to apples quote.  This could be a huge time-saver for everyone!
>  We will treat this as a true fishing trip based on their track-record, but would be nice to take it away from Choice and prove our value to the CD.
>  Group / Trip has not been added to any lists or the system.
>  Please call BJS and also chat with BT if you have any questions or concerns.
