10/14/99:
> Susan called, extremely excited about Musicate.  Plans to attend San Antonio in 2001.
> She has over 200 students interested (show choir and 2 mixed choirs) 
> Suggested  a festival for show choir and musicate for mixed choirs at 1 hr each or if all spots not filled she could buy another spot.
> She said festival company of our choice or perform somewhere public and if we could get qoutes for buses and air travel for her.
> She said she wanted us to take care of everything for her.She may even want to stay for a few extra days.

>  BJS called for Susan, LM.

10/27/99:
>  Susan returned call, she is very serious about FAM trip in 2000 and then full group in 2001 to San Antonio.
>  BJS told her we would be happy to sell her a package.  She would be responsible for her own transportation.
>  She will also be scouting out possible performance venues.

3/7/00:
>  Susan called.  Has rec'd some funding support for San Antonio site visit.  Wanted to see what we could do for her in light of the fact that she may be bringing 200 peiple to Musicate San Antonio in 2001.
>  I told her that should she make the decision to travel in 2001 with CCIS, we would then reimburse her for her room during the Site Visit ($160/night x 3 nights).
>  I also gave her Jenke Allen's number to check on airfare.
>  She will get back to us ASAP.
>  If she comes, she will only need a hotel room for Friday and Saturday nights.  She will do no meals, etc., just wants to see the hotel and observe a clinic  (I suggested Tartan HS on Saturday at 11:00 AM.

3/21/00:
>  Susan called.
>  Planning to arrive in San Antonio on Thursday evening, 3/29/00..  Depart Sunday.  Needs 1 room, 3 nights, single, non-smoking.  Are there any less expensive "bus driver type rooms" available???
>  MPM, I told her we would make a reservation for her.  She can then call the hotel and guarantee it with her credit card.
>  BJS will fax her room information as well as directions to the hotel from the airport.
>  MWL, please make a set of all 4 groups' F.I. So we can leave them for her at the Front Desk in San Antonio.

3/21/00:
>  MPM made reservation with Kimberly Faulk.  Rate = $75 plus tax (16.75%)  per night.
>  BJS faxed rate and reservation information to Susan alomg with directions from airport to hotel.

8/29/00:
>  MWL, please fax 2001 brochure and nice note to Susan Owens today.  Remember, she came with us to San Antonio last year as an observer.  Thanks!

>  FM spoke to Brian Logee the new choral director. Susan Owens is no longer at Phoenix.  He requested we send him a brochure. He has already planned a trip with another company but has been having a lot of trouble. I told him a brochure will be sent out today.
