>  Emailed office re: 2020 Disneyland trip.
>  BT had qualifying conversation.
>  done it before twice - every 2.5 yearsish. 
>  pretty small school - 500 kids in school.
>  70 kids + 7 or so adults. Haven't told anyone yet, waiting for superintendant to approve. 2nd time was 105 kids - it grew.
>  some money, but not a lot of money. $1425.00 last time - somewhere around there. FLYING!! Denver to LAX.
>  that was for quads, included almost everything - they paid for one meal per day. included charter buses in CA. incuded school buses from school to denver airport. not close to a charter bus company. build in as an allowance. ~$950 total for that - took 3 school buses last time, 2 the first.
>  looking for another company. really liked them for the most part, but communication wasn't what they needed it to be. Went to beach, had them change at the beach into concert clothes to go see a concert. Not something they want to do again. Wants someone to say "hey, this isn't feasible". They had "to do a lot of work". Check in at airline - no group check in. 
>  want overnight security guards.
>  heard about us from a friend - she did research about 3 companies and we were one of them. 
>  likes all-inclusive - CCIS.
>  same place with another company - 3rd one never got back. 
>  core planning group is getting together to talk on Tuesday - 1st parent meeting is on the 11th of Feb. 
>  open to meeting Bryan on Thursday - not 1:00 - 4:30 - Thursday am work.

>  off property is fine. end trip was 45 minutes away. Close, but doesn't have to be Disney. Doesn't have to be high end - but close is important. Not gonna be there. Loves Emabssay suites - great bfast - but theirs was toooooo far.
>  Disney workshop + performance - on same day if possible. out of park too long. 
>  send Disney application sheet.
>  have done park hoppers - but don't let them park hop - so don't need this time.
>  Jan. 17th to 21st. Time constraints. Trying to avoid middle of the night departure and arrival at school. 2.5 hrs. to Denver. 10am flight?
>  Likes the online payment idea. can pay over the summer. 
>  really would like to make some sort of decision by the 8th so they can have it ready for their presentation on the 11th.
