>  Colgan is brand new, just finished first year. 
>  Next year will be at full capacity. A performing arts magnet school.
>  Chorus did a trip this year to NYC and the Theater went to NYC as well. Choir didn't go so well, not sure if it was company or not. Separate trips.
>  Don (band guy) decided not to go along with Ben, it was a good idea not to go first trip.
>  Nashville will be most likely Orchestra and Choir. He will open it up to band and see. This will be his first trip b/c he used to teach elementary. CD is a pretty new teacher, NYC was her first trip.
>  Ben is her mentor, so he has a little more pull when deciding on trip - heard really good things about us from Jennifer and was excited about what I shared. Apparently principal required 3 quotes, but HE gets to make the decision on the company.

>  has to meet with parents and talk to CD. Could get a pretty accurate number by early Sept. as well as exact dates.

>  Budget - he thinks NYC trip was 500 or 600 for the choir. Not sure if it was all-incl. Budget probably around $600. Talked about all-inclusive.

>  Likes that outline, might tweak a few things.
