7/31/17:
>  BT spoke to Rick on the phone after reaching out by email.
>  60 to 80 students, + 8 or 9 adults.
>  departing Saturday or Sunday by bus, maybe early Sunday the 11th. 
>  3 days disney, 1 day universal. Leave at 6pm on last day.
>  This is their spring break - no option to move the dates - but has flexibility within the week.
>  BT ran the numbers - figuring 26 hours by bus with stops. (22 hrs. non stop) - gave him some scenarios. Maybe depart 5 or 6pm on Friday the 10th, get there around 8 or 9pm on Saturday, check in, and do the 4 park days, get back late Thursday night.
>  Last time stayed on property, loved it. Kids really liked it. But he's open to off property.
>  Also considering flying. How much more. He said too much would be $1300 to $1400 range. I told him this could be doable, but he's concerned about his parents. Wants to talk to them before deciding.
>  McCallan airport close - Allegient goes direct to Orlando. Harlengen airport? Southwest flies out of there. I had the typical air discussion with him.
>  Needs to talk to parents and see if they want to fly or bus.
>  Thinks busing may be better for budget.

Hello Brett:

I hope all is going well for you.  We are looking at a possible trip to Colorado Springs/Denver for tentative June 2-6, 2020.  I'd like to get a quote from you.  This is what I have right now.

75 students; 10 directors/chaperones
Destinations include: Pikes Peak (probably Cogway), Garden of the Gods, and either Royal Gorge or Manitou Cliff Dwellings.  Possibly the Olympic training center.  I'd like for the kids to attend a symphony or winds concert if there is one available.  I'd also like for them to have some free time in Manitou Springs (possibly when visiting Pikes Peak).  
If you have any suggestions, I'm open to them.  Look forward to hearing from you all soon.
