>  BT reahced out via SH to Andrew, BD at the new Harlan HS in San Antonio.
>  Added client to system.

Great to hear from you!  I am a huge fan of Bryan. 
1. Get approved as a vender for Northside ISD in San Antonio. 
2. Overnight trip to Dallas. Some of these events are only available at certain times and might not work for us. 
• either concert festival at Richardson High school (DC), Murchesion (UNT- a couple of companies run festivals there), Dallas Winds Festival or side experiences with SMU, Dallas Winds or Lone star Wind Orchestra. 
•Rangers game/ six Flags
• two night stay at most 
• buses
• something for the colorguard
I look forward to working with you. If Bryan and you are coming to TBA I would love to meet with you guys.

>  BT researched Andrew's suggestions:
>  Dallas Winds Festival - no 2018 dates yet, seems to be in late April.
>  http://peakmusicfestivals.org/ - Dallas - Ft. Worth area,  2018 dates are for "premium" festivals. Murchison Center - May 15,16,17, 2018. Eismann Center, May 1,2,3. Other dates released soon.
>  Per JF, BT reached out to district to see about approval. 
>  Gave Andrew a status update on the above and told him I would be in touch for more details once I heard about approval.

Thank you for all of your work. Bryan made a huge impression on me and I look forward to getting to meet him. Mr. Hankins and I also go way back. I look forward to see the possibilities from this unfold.

7/12/17:
>  Per BJS, BT researched the Dallas Winds Festival again. Still no 2018 dates. 
>  Nothing new for Peak Music Festivals either.
>  BT called Northside ISD to confirm if we are on vendor list. She said we weren't showing up so I completed the online form again. Will verify tomorrow.
>  BT emailed Andrew to remind him to stop by at TBA and see Bryan and Steve.

10/3/17:
>  FYI - Andrew finally called me back and left a message.
>  He apologized profusely, he's been swamped opening new school.
>  Wants to talk to me, planning some kind of trip for orch., choir, and band for the spring.
>  Still waiting on approved dates. Will touch base then.

10/21/17:
