9/1/16:
>  Ryan Rowles referred Terry to BT.
>  BT reached out and Terry to set up a phone conversation and he emailed me the following. We are speaking on the phone today, will see how serious he is about switching companies:
>  Been doing this trip for  a several years now-   I understand Wet and Wild will be closed-under construction so would like to do Aquatica  
>  Two (2) nights lodging in a Central Florida Hotel.
>  Our Dates are Leaving April 5th leaving 7 pm ,   gettting down there on the 6th -  Sea World's Aquatica Water Park on this day.
>  Friday do- marching band parade
>  Saturday - maybe Concert band performance. in the past we have done both in competitions with Music USA Festivals
>  Coming back Saturday night leaving 10 pm or so. -  coming home to Virginia Beach on Sunday around 12:00.  
>  Two (2) Buffet Breakfast at the hotel in Orlando.
>  Two (2) day admission to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.
(Park to park access included)
>  One (1) day admission to Sea World's Aquatica Water Park with  lunch.
>  Four (3) Universal meal coupons to be used in the park.  Usually do 4-but understand that Friday night is grad fest. so we took out one to add a hot/hamburger beside pool.  maybe. 
>  One (1) Dinner at the Hard Rock Sports Grille.(or similar)
>  Two (2) Bus Driver rooms each night with late checkout.
>  Uniformed Security to patrol student occupied floors from 11pm – 5am nightly
>  One (1) Complimentary Director Package.- single occupancy rate.
>  I have been working with another company since we have been going for the past 8 years or so.

9/1/16:
>  Notes from BT convo with Terry FYI. BJS, sending you his quote from Group Travel Network just so you can see what a piece of shit it is. 
>  has worked with Group Travel Network - in FL. Usually work with Justin Schuler. Been going every other year, price has gone up.
>  Listed generally the stuff they have been doing. No K with Justin yet, but trip approved.
>  80 + 20. Last 2 years, it been about 150 total 120 + 30 (about 3 buses) on average.
>  Bus already lined up. 2 quotes (Venture) $9300 per bus, 2nd was $9800 per bus. 2nd company dropped to $8600 Agape bus. Has used them before, this worries me with driver hours, etc.
>  Total cost of the package at 80 + 20 is $489 Q. ($690 incl. bus).
>  Hotel? He says it's Best Western Orlando Gateway on Univ. Blvd.?
>  Doesn't want outside corridors.
>  Might just need to look at closer destinations for the money. Dollywood? Maybe Orlando once every 3 years has been every other year.
>  Main reason he goes with Justin is because he's based in Orlando, tour guide, etc.
>  I talked about added value, etc. with us.
>  Asked if it was all about price or best value? I sense price, but he said both.
>  I asked if we were at the same price as his guy would he switch, he said he wasn't sure.
>  Wants to follow up with me for next year's trip - I think if we get his trip next year we would win him over.
>  He said he would likely stay with Justin cuz "he's a great guy" and feels loyal to him.
>  So, good qualifying convo. - we're not going to waste our time this year but I think it's a good lead for the future.
