7/29/16:
>  BT spoke to Keith, Matt Yonkey referral - completed web inquiry.
>  Used to teach HS in VA, that's how he knows Matt Yonkey.
>  Never travelled at college level, we are his first call. Matt speaks highly of us. Has been at Bethel for 4 years. School is 2 hours west of Nashville.
>  100 students, plus 4 adults (all staff) so most likely in singles.
>  March 6-10, 2017 - but checking to see if he has any flexibility.
>  He's grown the program quite a bit, this trip is kind of a recruiting/fun trip for the kids and wants to perform (parade - marching band).
>  He mentioned Disney (parade) and park.
>  Also mentioned Chicago, St. Louis, Texas, wants to avoid New Orleans. 
>  If he has flexibility in dates, perhaps a St. Patrick's Day parade is an option (Chicago?). If not, I think Disney works well.
>  Budget - not sure, but school may subsidize a portion. Mentioned telling kids when school starts so they can start saving.
>  Charter - they can use anyone in the area, no approved list.
>  He is going to speak with his boss over the weekend and get details on dates so we can move forward.

7/30/16:
>  Either Orlando or Chicago St. Patrick's Day Parade would be fine. Universal is also a draw, even for college kids, because of it having more rides for late teens.

8/1/16:
>  BT followed up with Keith. They are locked into their spring break week, but have tons of flexibility between March 4 and 10th, 2017.
>  Orlando is the destination, but Univ. is concerned about only one performance. PAOS with parade is number one, but Keith is open to suggestions. Is it possible to do a parade in Epcot as well?
>  He is also open to a "stand and play" performance at Disney Springs. The other thoughts was combining and doing one at Universal as well, but this could get pricey with two parks.
>  Sounds like he would rather do Disney, but if Universal only is that much better of a deal…I think he would do it. 
>  Since they can go early in the week, I figure they will have some flexibility with performance spots. 
>  Because the university is picking up part of the tab and the students are picking up part, it may be best to start with an IOG and price scenario with this group. I shared with him the "basic package" that we are using to get him in the ball park. He mentioned $800 as a ceiling for this trip. Hopefully with their flexibility and traveling early March/early in the week they can save a few bucks.
>  Suites hotel is fine. "whatever is less expensive"
>  BJS, let's chat about this before I add the trip.

8/2/16:
>  BT got a call from Keith today as he continues to get more info from his superiors at the university. He's trying to be good about filling me in on his financial situation as it becomes clearer to him as the univ. has never done anything like this before.
>  Finance person indicated that the univ. might be able to pay $10K. He is trying to educate them that this will barely scratch the surface and may only cover the cost of one bus.
>  Perhaps something closer would be better for this group that might give him more leverage educationally/public relations wise to ask for more money from the school. 
>  He mentioned Chicago and doing St. Patrick's Day parade over that weekend. Open to a couple of site seeing options, perhaps even going to/playing national anthem at Blackhawks game?
>  Other place he mentioned was Atlanta in April over a weekend and performing at baseball game.
>  I think St. Pat's parade would be best bet for this group.
>  BJS, let's chat before I add trip. I think Keith would benefit from an IOG with a cost estimate that he could show to his finance person before planning entire trip and getting shot down.

10/11/16:
>  Director has pulled the plug on trip as they cannot afford to travel this year.
