6/8/16:
>  BT had client meeting with Kelly (Jeff referral) and Cheryl. Turns out Cheryl, who is also OD at Patuxent HS is the trip coordinator. BD was also there, but she is leaving to go to teach middle school in another county.
>  They have used Performing Arts Consultants in the past. Experience was good. They didn't include a couple meals. Cheryl booked bus on their own. Seemed to like that we got multiple quotes and could take this off their plate.
>  I showed the prezi and talked about all of our added value items. Kelly trusts Jeff, so hopefully that will help.
>  Budget is big concern for their demographic. Typlical trip cost has been $500 to $700. 
>  They are looking at Universal from Feb. 16-20, 2017. Depart Thursday at 2:30 or 3pm and return on Monday afternoon. They are flexible here b/c no school for kids on Monday or Tuesday.
>  They liked the idea of HUB on Friday am before park.
>  They are traveling with Theater, Choir, Band and Orch.
>  160 students + 32 adults = 192 pax. Need 8 comps for 7 directors and 1 admin.
>  Like Keller bus - not sure if there is an approved list. Cheryl had to leave to go to other school at this point, so I will follow up with her on this.
>  Kelly did say Cheryl may be talking to other travel agents about this trip, but she didn't seem to think it was PAC. Individuals? I will follow up with her about this since she had to leave early.
>  They like the idea of possibly going to Disney Springs to see Cirque, possibly Saturday night?
>  They know theater kids will want some kind of workshop, but not sure about band/orch. and choir. They are going to research and let me know by end of next week so we can do proposal over the summer.
