>  This was a website inquiry, saw us in a magazine ad. BT reached out to Jane and we have an appointment on June 3 at 11:00am
>  They are "seeing what else is out there". They've done World Strides for 2 years, with mixed results; did a Disney Trip with Peak Performance that went well, and have done a bunch of Park festivals (of which I am not a big fan). She would love to hear what other kinds of trips are available.
From Jane:
> I have a concert choir (@30), but would also like to try and feature a smaller (more advanced) choir as well. However, I'm not interested in the classically trained adjudications we've been going to (although the Symphonic Band probably still is), as I am not classically trained. I would like to try something more show choir-y, a Capella ish or even barbershop-y for my choir adjudications. However, band is prob still looking for the classic adjudication.
> We brought our National Art Honor Society Visual Art students and teacher with us this year, and would like to again next year. (they say it depends on where we are going)
> We are locked into the weekend of March 31, 2017 (and maybe a day or two before)
> In the past 4 years, we have been to:
> Virginia Beach ($350? Can't remember)
> Disneyworld Orlando ($850)
> New York City($899, but lots of out of pocket expenses)
> Nashville ($750)
> Since it is March,she doesn't want to go North, or anywhere potentially cold. Having just gotten off the bus from Nashville, I am not thrilled about a long overnight bus ride again, but I may forget about that 16 hour ride in a few months.
> The art kids want St Augustine, some parents would like a less expensive trip, but she doesn't want to do a
 park thing.
> BT asked her about clinics/performances - They definitely want some kind of festival/competition.
> I asked what art students were looking for out of the trip - MUSEUMS, DOWNTOWN ARCHITECTURE TO DRAW
> Number of pax - SHE ESTIMATES 60-70 KIDS, MAYBE 20 CHAPERONES, IF WE TAKE ART WITH US. 25 LESS IF WE DON'T TAKE ART WITH US.
