>  SN and Jason spoke this morning about a May 2018 trip to Hershey with the concert band.  
>  He wants an overnight trip Friday - Saturday, doing Trills & Thrills, a day at HersheyPark and a little time at Chocolate World before coming home.
> Leave very early Friday morning and come back later on Saturday night.

>  Wants to keep it under $350.
>  Dates will either be May 4th-5th or May 11th-12th.  Jason will get back to me ASAP with confirmation.
>  90 kids + 10 adults.

>  SN and Jason have been in communication via text regarding talking future trip planning.  Most likely will be discussing by phone tomorrow evening.

>  Basic specs for the next trip - Won't add officially until Jason gets the dates approved:
   *  5/15 - 5/16 2020, Cleveland/Sandusky
   *  Cedar Point - no performance
   *  VA Hospital - performance for marching band only (standing performance)
   *  Great Lakes Science Center, a little less time than the last trip
   *  More hotel and pool time (hard to believe...wants a hotel with a decent pool area)
   *  Rock & Roll Hall was just OK. Wouldn't mind skipping it altogether OR having a different activity
   *  Keep the budget small again - $350
   *  Roughly 75 people total

> Updated notes from yesterday:  More pool time as long as the hotel pool is big enough.  PAX:  65 + 10 but not more than 80
