12/17/15:
> BT met Ben at VMEA and visited him today. Prospect added.

> $ is main issue, couldn't tell by looking at the school though. He had planned a trip to Williamsburg in his own, cost was going to be $400/pp b/c Fiestaval was making them stay at Great Wolf Lodge. This was too much.

3/22/16:
>  NYC, 1 or 2 nights, band and choir

>  Maybe April 10 - 11, they are going to check and get back
>  Budget $400 for 2 nights. BT informed this was not very realistic and to plan for $250/day per person. This will be a stretch for them. Their senior trip is a few weeks later to grad bash and is only $400 (for real?). Could be a tough sell, but they seem serious about making it work.

4/11/16:
>  BT spoke to Ben again re: NYC.

>  His shopping around comment was about planning themselves (Tom, CD) or using us. Tom did some "pricing out" and came up with a cost of about $530 per person. No idea what hotel he was using or what bus costs he got.
>  Ben REALLY wants to use us, loves us, wouldn't look at another company. Long story short, if we can get in that ballpark we're in. I expl. it might not be the Mercedes of trips, but we will do our best to give them a nice trip within their range.
>  Deapart early on Monday, 4/10/17 and return 10pm on 4/12/17.

·         Meadowlands Plaza hotel $125
·         Broadway Musical Ticket through broadway.com $100
·         Meals 2 breakfast, 3 lunches, 3 dinners, $125
·         Top of the Rock $32
·         Statue of Liberty $21
·         9/11 Museum $24
·         NY Aquarium $12
 
Total cost per person is $535 (roughly)
>  This comes up to $544 - but that's without doubling the hotel cost for 2 nights. If you do that, it comes out to $669. I pointed this out to Ben to make sure they realized this. I checked out the hotel online, doesn't look like a $62.50 per night hotel. 
>  Essentially they are trying to do 2 nights in NYC on a budget. Please let me know if I should create the trip.
