Mark says he really wishes to drive a long time after the parade so they can stay closer to Busch Gardens.  He really wants the kids to go to Colonial Williamsburg.  When he and I talked last, he understood that what we proposed to him did not include going to Williamsburg because of the distance from where he would likely be staying.  To make changes to accommodate a Williamsburg visit would likely increase the cost, which he also understands.  I'll talk to him sometime today and get a better sense of what he would like to see.
 
This is now a full music department trip!!

>  SN spoke to Mark today about an upcoming Orlando trip - Not enough info to enter as a trip, but these are the notes thus far as relayed to BJS via EM:
>  They don't have their dates set quite yet, but they have the week narrowed down.  They are looking at either Sunday - Friday or Monday - Saturday during the week of  April 3 - 9, 2016.  Mark is leaning towards Monday - Saturday but wondered if there was any benefit to going with leaving on Sunday instead?
>  They are planning on going to Disney, but they are not sure if they want to do the typical Disney trip and would like to consider other options for things to do, such as NASA or going to see Cirque du Soleil.  Universal could be one of the options as well.
>  He also right now says all ensembles would be doing performances AND workshops. He suggested only 2 days at Disney and I warned him about all that performance time cutting into park time, but these are all things to discuss.
>  Budget would be within $800-900
>  His goal is to have a proposal by mid to late March so it can be on the April board meeting agenda.

11/27/17:
>  BJS made a temporary change to this group name from Mars Area High School Music Department to Mars Area High School Choir (2018) since the group for this year will be just the choir.  All the attachments and everything were already made, so this will need to be changed back to Music Dept after the trip is complete.
>  Also made Jennifer Kennedy the primary contact for this year.
