9/19/14:
>  CJ met with the directors, referrals from Jeff Davidson and Terry Alvey.

4/11/16:
>  Allison came to Morton's last year (Jan. 2015) before her trip.
>  BT heard that she made comments about how she thought it was over the top that CCIS spend "student money" on events like Morton's, etc.
>  Terry Alvy said she would try to see why she didn't want to use us any more. BT will follow up.

4/22/16:
>  BT followed up with Allison and she responded
>  They are still doing an overnight to NYC every year. They planned it last year and it went "very smoothly", but they are "still happy to meet and discuss options".
> They want to meet in early June.
>  I remember BJS saying they were a pain to work with but...HUGE group. Thoughts?

04/25/16:
>  Definitely worth talking to, but be prepared. HMS & BJS discussed - some of the pain in the ass could have been due to the group's AE at the time. . .

6/21/16:
>  BT met with Allison, Zach, and Kathy Cox (Drama Teacher) today re: 2016-17 travel. 
>  Interestingly, Kathy was the choir teacher at my first gig in Montgomery County, she loves me.
>  Got the story on their past experience with us, and basically as suspected, they didn't like Cindy.
>  Felt like they did all of the planning, she couldn't answer their questions, etc. Allison felt like "why are we paying them if I'm doing all the work?". Additionally, she didn't get her final package 2 weeks prior to her trip and this was a problem.
>  I explained a bit about final packages and how busy we are in season and that everything gets prioritized. I told her that I wouldn't be able to promise anything, but if I knew about a specific deadline in advance I could certainly alert the office and we would everything we could to get her the materials by that deadline.
>  I explained that I am NOT Cindy, they really liked me so they definitely feel more comfortable trying us again. 
>  The other reason they met with me is that they like to do Broadway Classroom, but BC only works with you if you have a tour company since they have been burned in the past by cancellations. They did their trip on their own last year and BC made an exception for them.
>  Same trip next year, 175+25= 200pax, May 5-6, 2017. Hotel last time was great, but too far away. I told her we were working with some closer ones b/c of USBands partnership. Would want 2 security guards.
>  She did tell me that they were considering Heritage (even though they hate Heritage and have had bad experiences in the past) only b/c they are offering clinics (something new) this year. While they do not like Heritage, they have liked their clinicians in the past and this experience would NOT require a tour company.
>  I have not entered trip b/c even though she said they really like me, she and Zach "need to talk about it" and they will be in touch. I got a good vibe about it though, the only downer will be if they decide to try this Heritage clinic thing.
>  Kathy wants to do an additional overnight trip (about 60 students + 6 adults) to NYC with just theater kids. Probably in Nov., no date yet. She's going to try to supplement with other teacher and students to make it two buses. She is the nervous type, would want security guards and maybe a tour escort.
>  Interested in Broadway play, workshop, and maybe some kind of backstage tour opportunity if possible.

9/6/17:
>  Allison not doing the NYC trip this year. Not sure why, but Terry Alvey mentioned this to me as well.

8/31/18:
>  BT changed client name to "choir" and changed primary contact to Zach in prep of new trip being added - choir only.
