9/27/99: Chris called - very excited about NY (2).  Booster mtg tonight. May want add'l inclusions.

>  Looking at taking a cruise---Royal Carribean or Carnival.
>  Quad = $358; $363.75 for triple; $373.75 for double for 3 night  on RC leaving from Miami---WANTS 4 night.

>  Wants to just go to Florida and perform along the way.  Has friends in Florida (high Schools) for instrument storage. 
>  All-American Music Festival may do something in the area.

>  PAC maybe has one-day festival.
>  No performance outside.
>  2 comps needed. 
>  Budget--$500-$600.
>  2 adults for every 8 students---for cruise line mandatory.
>  Ground transportation.
>  "Nice" meal in Miami.
>  They will do fast food along the way.
>  Dates---between 4/9/01 through 4/22/01.
>  Approximately 45 students/10 chaperones-ish.
>  Stop in GA overnight on the way back.
>  Bus companies for quotes---Trailways, Greyhound. (?)  Doesn't want to have to pay for waiting buses.
>  NEEDS QUOTE WITHIN A MONTH.

>  FM spoke w/ Mary at Witte Travel. Won't get quote dated 9-27 back today.

>  He wants more than he can afford!
>  BJS will try to encourage PAC festival cruise; otherwise, I don�t think there is much we can do for them!

>  BJS spoke with Chris.
>  He really doesn't want to perform on board.
>  He cannot afford all that he wants, yet he doesn't understand that!
>  He wanted me to put together a proposal based on the information he provided to Marcey and I told him we didn't have time to put together "what if" proposals, especially with his track record this past Spring.
>  I suggested he take a look at the Kecoughtan Trip which is closer to his budget.
>  REL, please make a copy of the Kecoughtan HS Band & Choir Final Itinerary as well as their final PTP and the Sample Final Itinerary from PAC and forward all to Chris.  Once you have things ready, I will write a short cover note to attach.  See Marcey if you have any questions.  She will be able to assist you if needed.  Thanks!

>  Transportation = Do not use Mullis (out of Concord, NC), open to other options.
