5/25/16:
>  BT saw Tony and Francine at a Catholic school teachers meeting
>  They have the dates for their 2017 trip (March 29 - April 2) but really have no idea of destination.
>  Kind of like me at Good Counsel, they're thinking south since it's early. I mentioned Nashville since they gave never been, but I know they are trying to be less expensive than Orlando.
>  They mentioned Atlanta, maybe Boston.
>  Probably looking for a festival/competition this time.
>  I'll do some research on what's happening that weekend, let me know if you have any suggestions so we can get them moving.

5/24/17:
>  BT saw Tony and Francine today.
>  Dates for 2018 trip are April 19-22. Still researching destination, but like last year can we go ahead and do a CQR for Keller for their dates? May depart on evening of 18th depending on destination. 
>  Same numbers as usually, 6 buses.
>  He talked of doing something closer (Myrtle/VaBeach) but also mentioned Chicago/Boston/Toronto. Will get to the bottom of it soon.

7/12/17:
>  BT has been going back and forth with Tony re: 2018 trip. 
>  Definitely wants festival - BT sent him Fiestaval 2018 dates/destinations as well as Festivals of Music.
>  Dates are April 19/20/21/22.
>  His response:
The priority is getting the price of the trip down.

Francine, Rhoda and I made a first draft list . . . 
I also drafted a few activities for a few of the trips that we have never gone on.

I don't know if you can offer any advice on the following loctions

The key is to bring price down.  The kids have fundraiserd $700 or more the past few years.
I would like for this trip to go as close to $600 as possible (that means the trip itself - with bus - would need to be about $500.00 - $550.00)

Let me know your thoughts.

Williamsburg/Virginia Beach (if we do this, would like to stay at Beach)
Thursday - Would look in to Williamsburg Visit - Dinner at a tavern then Ghost Tour
Stay in VA Beach  
Friday - Perform for Festival (hoping for Friday)
Saturday - Busch Gardens

New York
Not sure if this would be more expensive or less expensive
Never been there with kids.

Boston
Thursday - Free time in Boston - walk the freedom trail
Would love to do a Spirit of Boston 
Not sure of other activites

Toronto 
Have a feeling this would be too expensive
We did so many things the last time we went
Niagra Falls, Saw a show, CN Tower, Baseball Game

Cleveland
I know nothing about Cleveland - never been

>  Sounds like he falls into our new budget category next year!

Festivals of Music has a festival at Virginia Beach
FiestiVal has one that says Williamsurg/Virginia Beach

If we do Williamsuburg/Va Beach - we want the festival experience on Friday - I do not want to mess with festival on Saturday and try to do Busch Gardens. 
Also, would like to stay at Beach - Beach front would be nice

Would be cool to try to get a music clinic in the mix Music Clinics -

George mason (on our way out of the DC Area) (We know Denny Layendecker who is at GM - could maybe pull some strings) 
Virginia Commonwealth University
Hampton University - I know they have Marching Band - not sure of Concert, Orchestra, or Choir)

Thursday - Depart Early AM - Clinics at George Mason or VCU, Lunch, then Historic Williams burg, Dinner at a Tavern, followed by Ghost Tour. (the kids had fun with that the last time we did it)
Thursday Night - Check in Hotel at Va Beach - Straight to bed
Friday - Festival Day and Free time in Va Beach 
(Would be nice if the festival didn't start at 7 am to give us a little transition time. But at same time, would like to be done with festival so the kids can spend the evening in VA Beach.)
Saturday - Busch Gardens - Drive home Saturday Night

Myrtle Beach:

7/14/17:
>  BT and BJS discussed at length Tony's two options (Williamsburg/Va Beach and Myrtle). 
>  We ran some rough numbers on his options so BT can give him some reality about his budget.
>  Va Beach with MITP = $550 to $600 (closest to his budget). With FOM, more like $625 to $650.
>  Myrtle with FOM (cheaper than Fiestaval there) - $600 to $650.
>  BT has other notes from the convo re: basic IOG. Will add to trip once it's added.
>  BT will share info with Tony in hopes of getting a decision.

6/4/18:
>  BT has been back and forth with Tony about cruise stuff. 
>  Still no formal debrief, but he mentioned that we will chat about it soon.
>  His trip dates for next year are March 27 - 31, 2019. He has no idea about destination yet.
>  I know in the past, we have reserved Keller even though we don't have his destination yet. Can we go ahead and do this again? This year was 5 buses, last trip was 6.

7/1/19:
>  BT sent Tiffany's baby gift to Francine.

12/21/19:
>  BT gave Tony a bonus comp at Midwest for next year.

9/30/2020:
>  BJS saw where Tony's mom passed away from dementia earlier this week. BJS mailed Sympathy Card to Tony and Kevin.
