>  BT has been going back and forth with Matt Bickel about their trip since the spring.

>  2 hotel nights, rehearsal space at hotel, basically no other tourist stuff other than what the award ceremony is for festival - Spirit of NY breakfast cruise. On Fiestaval website Festival Package is $165 for students and $60 for adults.
>  Matt said "can you get us two nights lodging, breakfasts at hotel, and fiestaval for $285? Because we add bus fee, truck rental, chaperone rooms (they don't take parents, only faculty and they pay nothing), and chaperone per diem on top of that to get to $425 or $450 overall fee per student.
>  Matt said he thinks it would be cool to see a show or something. I can't believe they really are taking kids to NYC and not doing anything but rehearsing and competing.
>  He said they are planning to depart at 7am on Thursday and return by midnight on Saturday. Matt did say they are planning on 9/11 memorial. There would have to be other activities to take up all of that time, WTF?
