3/11/19:
>  BT updated contacts.
>  GTM scheduled for today to discuss plans for next year.

3/27/19:
>  BT had GTM with Ryan and Daniel - super nice guys.
>  Both teach band - previous guy no longer there. Ryan was on Orlando trip - but didn't handle much with it. This is their first time so they definitely need some guidance.
>  50ish students + adults. Last year opened it up to art to fill the bus.
>  Now they are saying art may have more - 80 + 8 = 88!
>  Need some art museum/sculpture type thing for the art students.
>  Talked about lots of options, and they have landed on Toronto.
>  Like the idea of clinics. See a live performance of some kind.
>  On these trips, sleep is not an issue. Making sure that the kids have a good time and get to see and do a lot is the big thing.
>  driving through the night is an option to save money and not spend it on a night at a hotel. 
>  Lots of talk about dates - April 23 to 28 was what they said, but BT pointed out this would be 5 hotel nights! Tried to nail them down on a budget.
>  Budget seems to be $800 to $1000…so I’m thinking CCIS.
>  Seems like they want to stay busy - but I’m struggling to think of things to fill the time. I’ve got IOG with 3 hotel nights and traveling during the day both ways. They are open to talking through the IOG and giving feedback which could be helpful.
