9/17/15:
>  BT had a nice chat with Marilyn at Glenelg. Scheduled lunch for 11/5. 
>  Updated contact info for client.
>  She plans everything, but will probably look to pass the responsibility on. No one wants it b/c she does so much of the planning. Perhaps this is our selling point? Will send samples of Orlando and Myrtle Beach itineraries for our discussion.
>  Group size is 110 + 24

11/5/15:
>  BT met with Marilyn re: potential trip for next year and future.
>  Her kid is graduating and she needs to transition out as trip planner. She does ALL of the planning and this would be a good time to make the switch and hopefully have us do the planning with a booster parent as trip coordinator who doesn't have to do all of the planning.
>  Trying to get meeting in spring with BD and any other booster parents.

4/19/23:
>  BT spoke with GL last night at booster mtg - BT is VP of boosters. 
>   They are planning Williamsburg next April - 12-14 with Festivals of Music. However, BT also suggested following weekend with PAC festival and International Tattoo - think this will be a better fit for what they want to do.
>  BT updated client contact and made AE Martin as BT does not want to be AE while kids in the program.
>  This group alternates Orlando every other year.
>  250 pax (6 buses) - 225 + 25.
>  BT will work on IOGs based on convo and have them in DB. One for each scenario. ME - trying to facilitate a meeting next week when you return. I feel like Chris wants to use us to take this off his plate, but they are very used to planning on their own. Like he said "I want to call the bus company next week and get buses set up". Of course, my response was that we would take care of all of that for him. But the booster treasurer is a good friend and also my personal / business accountant and he loves the idea of GroupCollect. So he is on our side as well. We will talk in more detail when you get home from your cruise.

8/11/23:
>  BT spoke with Chris Winters today at the fair and told him we finally have signed Ks with HoCo after jumping through all of the hoops.
>  His comment was "I just can't convince the CD". What's his hang up? "If he still has to do ANY work (like do the spreadsheets for fundraising) might as well plan the whole thing and not pay someone". JFC - what's it like to live in a box that small? What about managing all of the vendor Ks? That's Chris's big worry. (well, duh!)
>  So I asked Chris - if he had an actual proposal to look at, would that help? YES! 
>  We looked at the IOG on my phone from DB - all is correct.
>  They have buses with Atlantic Coast, so bus on own (for now). He thinks they were about $7k without driver room and gratuity.
>  He has already done Festivals of Music apps. This can easily be changed over to us as festival only if they end up going with us.
>  ME - IOG in DB is correct. Go ahead and enter the trip in TPMS. Technically fishing. 
>  Chris said to keep all communication with him. 
>  Budget - BJS, not sure what our margins are for a group this large, but I think if we can be anywhere close to $600 all-incl. for the quad (or quint) package, I think we could land them. If we can land them, we'd have them for the long haul I think. They have not told the kids any price - but the rumors have been "about $800". I know they want it to be less than $1000 b/c that's what they charged for Disney (not completely all incl.). 
>  Band camp is next week, so it would be great to present to him next week before the other teachers come back to school.
>  Martin - you take the lead on this. I will support and help convince from my end. Feel free to send Chris an email, let him know that I caught you up, and you will be in touch soon. Might be good for me to join on any meetings for now.
