6/11/15:
> BT and BJS met with Chuck and Amy at the school
> They are deciding where to travel for 2016, then we will move forward with proposal.
>  Went to Orlando with Heritage in 2015 - BAD EXPERIENCE.
>  Several (at least 3) hotel changes, never had final rates since there were so many changes throughout the process.
>  had no choice in buses and never knew coach capacity, so hard to figure rates for students.
>  Considering large scale trip on alternate years.

8/6/15:
>  BT received email re: 2016 travel to NYC for band and choir together..."small trip" this year, bigger trip next year.
>  Appt. to speak with Amy tomorrow, will add trip.
