>  Phil shared what was on the contract for their trip to Orlando this year. I guess Jon wanted to see what it would have cost if we had done it. Let me know what you want to share anything with them:
>  4 buses via Gunther Charters
>  3-day Park Hopper
>  $75 Disney Dining Card
>  3 Nights at Rosen Shingle Creek (Quad Occupancy for students, Double for Chaperones)
>  "Full American" Breakfast Each Morning at Hotel (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
>  Festival Disney for Concert Band, Orchestra, Jazz, Chorus and Marching Band
>  Dinner at Planet Hollywood
>  1 Free Chaperone for every 25 Students
>  1 Free Director
>  Luggage Tag for Each Participant  
>  190 + 11 = 201 - none of the adults paid.

3/25/18:
>  Based on 220 pax.
>  $629 quad plus bus for everything above.
>  Bus $150 to $200 - depends on how full.

5/9/18:
>  BT met with Jon and Phil at Blake to share sample 2018 trip.
>  Meeting went well - trip was "very close".
>  He was impressed by the FI booklet. I know that they do not get this from their tour company and Phil was really annoyed by this.
>  He asked about "director perks". I stuck to rewards program, referral program, Morton's, apple product. Later, Phil said he thinks Jon is really into this bullshit where his family comes down and they stay a few extra days at Rosen with Disney tix. BUT, Phil and the CDs are kind of annoyed that he does this as he doesn't ride home with the rest of the group. If county got wind that the kids are basically paying for this - he would be in deep shit.
>  Sounds like he will give us a chance on next trip and let Phil take over. Perhaps some loyalty to current guy.
>  Orlando is every 4 years. Choir only goes every other year. So next year is liklely 75 +10.
>  They have done Sugar Bowl, NYC St. Patty's, Boston, Myrtle, Chicago.
>  Wants to do "something special" - not just marching band.
>  Phil is pushing Atlanta. Jon asked about Toronto and got really excited with I told him that's what Jeff and Terry were doing. Maybe same weekend?
>  We also talked San Antonio since he mentioned flying somewhere. He liked that idea. Phil thinks they can't afford it.

2/14/23:

>  MCPS still has the .org address (not sure why) but he said to use these for all.
